I had properly rated insulation batts installed throughout my roof space. The old ones were too thin, tatty and covered with decades of dirt and rodent droppings, etc. The old ones were removed, (brave men), and the ceiling vacuumed. I have peace of mind now. All was done quickly and efficiently, and I hope I will notice a real difference this winter. I also decided to have five of the very best skylights. I knew from previous experience that skylights make a huge difference in those dark corners, and they have. Great for the soul to to use these previously gloomy areas of the house. All staff were professional. No problems encountered. Orders were completed quickly.

Arrived on time everyday, didn't make a big mess and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend this company.

The owner of the company came and saw us regarding our insulation and prepared our quote for installing new insulation. Adam was a genuine guy who we immediately felt at ease with. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We went ahead with Adams recommendations only to be let down by the installers!The installers had left gaps between timber’s, around light and vent fittings and generally where it was a little hard to get to. They also didn’t put insulation underneath gas and water piping. Ultimately not creating a capsule of the house to keep the heat out as we were sold on.I showed Adam pictures of the installation and he agreed the installation was not completed to the standard he prides himself on. Adams arranged for the installers to return and fix what they had missed. Unfortunately they have to return for a 3rd as it still wasn’t completed to a satisfactory level. I have now fixed it myself 😢.Would I recommend the energy efficiency centre? Not sure. Adam was great throughout the whole process and was very apologetic. It’s just unfortunate that the installers didn’t hold the same high standards that Adam does to get the job done right, first time.

Very delayed, no communication. Terrible. We were so nice to these guys but they just took advantage of us. They are not cheap so we expected at least a better service. Two stars only for the hard work the installer put in otherwise i wish i could give 0 stars. No follow up as well, just got the invoice promptly as they would never delay in that point.

We got a few quotes for a skylight and EEC not the cheapest but nowhere near the most expensive. It was a difficult installation but Jason did a fantastic job. I could not recommend them highly enough.
